When my wife started her fitness journey, we never expected it to lead to a skin infection. The culprit? Her yoga mat.

I realized that while we have endless ways to store mats, we have almost no way to let them breathe. Rolling up a damp, sweaty mat isn't just a storage habit; it’s a breeding ground for bacteria.

I wanted to keep her momentum going without the health risks, but I couldn't find a solution that didn't look like bulky gym equipment. So, I built one.

NamaStand was born from three simple goals:

1. Prioritize Hygiene: Vertical hanging for maximum airflow.

2. Elevate Design: Furniture-grade materials like birch and eucalyptus that actually look good in a living room.

3. Support the Journey: Removing the "ick" factor so the focus stays on the practice.

What started as a gift for my wife turned into a solution for anyone who believes their gear should be as clean as their "flow."
